The Butler's Flat
Sleeps 4 - 1 Double, 1 Twin
The flat is bright and airy with lovely views over the meadows and hills at the front, and overlooking the cobbled yard at the back. It is pleasantly furnished, with a comfortable living room featuring an open fire. Situated in the upper floor of the old Victorian kitchen wing, private access is via an external staircase from the parking area. Comfortable accommodation for two to four people. A cot and/or high chair are available upon request. Pets are welcome by arrangement. Central heating was added to the Butler's Flat earlier this year following helpful suggestions from some winter tenants!

Accommodation
Open plan sitting/dining room with open fire and galley style kitchen, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine/dryer and immersion water heater. Large bathroom with power shower, bath, basin, and WC. Double bedroom with 4' 6" bed and a twin bedroom with 3' beds.
Electrical equipment
Fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, panel radiators and electric fires, iron, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and satellite colour TV with video cassette recorder plus a varied selection of videos.
Bedding
All beds have duvets and spare blankets. Linen and towels are included.
Fuel and Heating
Free logs and coal are supplied for the open fire. Further heating is by thermostatically controlled electric panel radiators (with timers) and bar fires. Electricity is extra by coin meter, although we drop in 10 coins before you arrive with our compliments. Gas is included for the Aga in the Keeper’s Cottage. Oil is included for the central heating in the Butler’s Flat.
Pets are welcome if properly supervised. We have a Pyrenean Mountain Dog called Merlin, a St. Bernard cross called Heavy Hetty and a Border Collie called Gael who are well trained and friendly.
